StoneBrook Developments places the highest value on providing exceptional customer service to our clients before and after they purchase a new home. You’ll find as soon as you start working with us that each member of our management team is consistently accessible and is focused on creating the most positive homebuilding experience possible for you.
Due some of the unpredictable variables and challenges of the homebuilding industry, issues will arise during the course of building your home. Our hope is that we are judged on how we deal with situations, not on whether they arise in the first place. We’ll acknowledge the issue, and work to resolve it in a transparent and expedient manner, all while maintaining clear communication with you, our valued client.
Bottom line: If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. We know that we will only continue to have success as a company as long as we are able to build a legacy of deeply satisfied homeowners.

As a licensed builder through British Columbia’s Homeowner Protection Office, each home built by StoneBrook Developments Homes is covered by the 2-5-10 Year Warranty insurance program. As a minimum, this coverage includes 2 years on labour and materials (some limits apply), 5 years on the building envelope and 10 years on structure.
The 2-5-10 Year Warranty administered by the Homeowner Protection Office offers the strongest construction defect insurance in Canada. The warranty is attached to the home, not to the owner of the home, and remains in effect upon the re-sale of the home until the coverage expires. Please visit the Homeowner Protection Office for more information on your warranty by clicking here.
