We intentionally keep our company relatively small in size - this allows us to act quickly to challenges and promotes efficient decision-making and clear communication. As well we prefer to not hire outside subcontractors to build our homes, instead we do almost everything in-house. This allows us to have greater quality control and what we feel is a tighter, more streamlined build process.
